Meeting the immediate needs of our students.

4J families need our help. Please donate to the Student Needs Now Fund to help to bring critical support to 4J families.

Student Needs Now - the Eugene Education Foundation's fund for immediate support - is currently focused on addressing the food crisis in our district. Right now, our urgent need is restocking food and supplies in the 4J resource and food pantries across the district. Additional funding to expand these pantries and increase food purchases is critical to meeting the demand our schools see each week.

While 4J offers free breakfasts and lunches for all students, which is amazing, this critical support only covers part of the day. What about food at home? What about the weekends? Many families still struggle to put meals on their tables beyond school hours.

The Eugene Education Foundation is working closely with district employees who monitor student needs and direct donor support where it will have the biggest impact. Your contribution to Student Needs Now will directly fund food and resources for students who need it most, helping them learn and thrive.

We know that a child cannot learn effectively on an empty stomach - full bellies mean better education. Thank you for supporting.
